The consultation time varies with each patient (approximately 30 minutes).

This study does not require any special preparation (sleep or food deprivation). The only indication is to have clean and dry hair, without any products added (gel, spray, etc.).

The study is performed in the following way:
- The patient will sit before a monitor.
- Some flat metal plates, called, electrodes, will be placed on the scalp, attached in place through a mesh. They are connected by cables to a special equipment that converts the electrical signals into patterns that can be seen in the monitor.
- Throughout the study, you must remain still, avoiding any movements.
- All along the study, you will receive indications for each of the tests.
- The study results will be processed and will be delivered to you in the consultation.

You are free to ask people to accompany you to the study and to the consultation, but when the study is performed, only one person can be with you.
